Guidelines for Oral Presentation

1. Presentation time

  1. Your presentation time is: 20 min presentation and 5 min Q&A (total 25 min).
  2. Please find your session and presentation number, such as A-2-1, on the NOM7 conference program.

2. PowerPoint template and format

  1. Please download the PowerPoint template for the top (title) page.
  2. This template is for the top (title) page. From the second page, you may use any format/design of ppt of your preference.

3. How to submit your ppt.

  1. To check your ppt on our PC, please submit your ppt by October 1st, 2019.
    Make the file name of your ppt as follows:
    SessionName_AbstractID_YourName (given name first)
    e.g. A-3-2_4361234_Mike_Carpenter
    Submit your ppt to the following dropbox:
    https://www.dropbox.com/request/7vcii1D2T9ytcgkKrftU
    If you cannot access the above dropbox, please send your ppt by e-mail to the conference secretariat at: nom7-sec@env.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp
  2. If you are unable to submit your ppt before the conference, we accept your ppt on-site.
    Welcome drink and registration: October 6 (Sun) 17:00-19:00.
    After your registration, we accept your ppt on-site.
  3. If you are unable to submit by (1) nor (2), we recommend you to submit your ppt one day before your presentation at the registration desk.
  4. There will be awards for the best presentation and Young Water Professionals.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

1. Poster Size and Template

  1. The poster board size is: height 2100 mm x width 900 mm
    You can put a poster of A0 size (height 1189 mm x width 841 mm)
  2. Poster template
    Please download the poster template.

2. Poster Presentation Core-time

  1. You are requested to put your poster on the poster board before lunch time on October 7th. The poster presentation room (exhibition room) is on the 2nd floor.
  2. The poster presentation core-time: 17:20-19:00, October 7th
    Drinks and snacks are provided. Everybody will walk and talk through the posters. Please stay at your poster (with your drinks).

3. There will be awards for the best poster presentation and Young Water Professionals.
